How does purchasing a property from your site work?
Once you have found your dream piece of land and agree on the sale price, we send over an electronic contract for you to review and sign and return. We then begin the closing process either in house or through a third-party local title agency to complete the land sale.
Are you a real estate agent?
No. We are land investors which is why we don’t charge real estate broker fees and why we are able to offer cheap below market land deals.
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
Yes, we have land in several states in the country. If you click on the Get Notified button and enter your search criteria and provide your email we will contact you when the land you’re looking for is available.
Should I Visit the Property before buying?
YES. We strongly recommend visiting and inspecting the property before buying. You should also check with the county zoning and planning departments on what can be done there and future plans in the area. We aim to provide as many details as we can about the property, but this shouldn’t be a substitute for doing due diligence and making surethe land is right for you.
Why are your properties so cheap?

At BestChoiceLand we purchase properties through private owners 50-80% below market value. We also target emerging markets that are currently undervalued but in five to ten years will be worth double or even triple current value. We don’t buy land through tax sales or foreclosures.
